SHIPPING
We aim to fulfill all orders within 5 business days of receipt; fulfillment in this case refers to the acceptance of the order and processing of the physical inventory to prepare it in order to ship. It does not refer to when the order will be received. Shipping from this point will be with arranged with a third party carrier on your behalf and shipping times will be determined by the carrier. We default all shipments to Ground Service, shipping windows are dependent on the 3rd party carrier. We are not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays. Expedited shipping in these cases refers only to the time it takes for the product to ship through the 3rd party carrier, not to the speed in which the order is processed and prepared for shipment by Mad Wild Wine, Inc.
You must be 21 or older to access, browse, or make a purchase on our site. In addition, all shipments must be received by someone 21 or older with a valid ID available to be able to sign upon receipt.
When your wine is shipped to you we will contract with a third party carrier on your behalf to ship; by requesting delivery of your order you authorize us to do so. We are not responsible for any breakage or damage of wine by the carrier and you are responsible for all insurance as well as shipping costs in accordance with our shipping policies. We make no representations as to your legal rights to ship or import wine from the state in which you reside or into any other state; you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, obtaining all necessary license or permits, and paying all tax or other amounts due
